What was in the course of his physical therapy? First, know that the practical differences between therapists is high. But to the majority of studies on methods to treat the symptoms of sciatica are standard diagnostic and treatment device (http://www.mckenziemdt.org) and manual therapy. If you do not have a PT who is certified in a view of them, I recommend it. In fact practictioners EMD will focus on showing how to eliminate or even control the symptoms can be.

Not everyone who responded to PT. Sometimes other methods are useful, such as injections or chiropractic attention ... espeically when combined with the PT.

Other considerations apart from the operation are heating and Intradiscal electrothermal disc decompression percutateous ... However, they depend on the exact cause of your sciatica, and it is better to discuss with a doctor.

Good luck
