Install MSN.
It is likely that your Internet Explorer is configured to use MSN ... ... Make as start and when you start, has no connection to the Internet, but if IE could not connect to msn .... .... Site ...
If you want to keep .... Home tp.msn.com, there is nothing you can do.
If you do not mind ... msn.com to your homepage, you can change your empty house, then you will not see the message again.
